As we make friends with our minds and emotions, they begin to become friendly with us.

The River's Edge Meditation Group meets every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm, upstairs in the Living Room. Please arrive a few minutes early, as we lock the doors promptly at 6:30!

We often hold special programs on Monday evenings, as well as longer events on the weekends.
